Service Description
Enhance your strength, fitness, speed and agility with tailored coaching programs. Whether you are training for sports performance or just general fitness and aesthetics, strength and conditioning sessions aim to maximise your output and optimise performance. I can work with you on a 1-1 coaching basis or 2-1 if you want to train with a friend or partner. Sessions are now available at 'The Shed' strength and conditioning facility at Farnham Rugby Club.
















Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be done directly through Chris Bone. Any cancellations or rescheduling of the appointment will require minimum 12 hours notice from the client, otherwise session will be charged.
